The three-room house has an entrance hall with separate WC. The living/dining room consists dining corner, TV and DVD and ha an exit to the balcony. A small, open kitchen is equipped in 4 hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine.
Upper floor: (steep stair) open through room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. The second room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds everywhere are wooden floors. Terrace furniture and barbecue are to your disposal. From the house you can enjoy a panoramic view of the countryside.
The nearest supermarket and a shopping centre are situated 3 km from the property, a restaurant 1 km, grass beach "Hitzert (zwemmen, surfen e.d.)" 3 km.
