Private: garden (fenced) with lawn 400 m2, plants, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 01.01.-31.12.). Pergola (15 m2), parking in the grounds. Grocers, restaurant 800 m, railway station "Hospitalet de L'Infant" 6 km. Golf course 10 km. Please note: car essential. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Exit to the patio. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (135 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). 2 showers/WC, sep. WC. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
