This spacious house is located at the countryside in the outskirts of 't Goy next to Houten and nearby Utrecht. The house is surrounded by a large garden and from the house you have a nice view on different orchards. The unique clearance around the house gives you the opportunity to enjoy the tranquility and freedom you are looking for during your holiday. On top of that the historic house is renovated to modern standards and comforts of a holiday home.

The 160 m2 home has five bedrooms and accommodates up to eight people. Internet access (WiFi) is available. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and a landing with washing machine and tumble dyer. Three other bedrooms are on the ground floor together with the living/dining room with a fireplace and DVD player, an equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, and the bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

Facilities like: several shops, restaurants, bars, a mall, a cinema, train station and also a sauna can be found nearby in the Houten. Or, at circa 11 km, in the lovely acient city of Utrecht with its historic cathedral. And even Amsterdam is just one hour drive away.

The possibilities for nature lovers are, because of the various walking and cycling routes in the area, almost unlimited. You could discover a new environment every single day. For example a drive along the dike is just 5 minutes away and the National Park Utrechtse Heuvelrug with its beautiful forests is with walking and/ or cycling distance. There are also several golf courses in the direct area.
