The temple is a rectangular-shaped construction measuring approximately 65 by 41 meters. It is made up of two platforms. The first, located at the entrance, corresponds to the last Chimú construction stage, its decoration consists of fishing nets with fish inside. Behind the second and oldest platform has decoration similar to the Tschudi Palace with designs of the net and the sea otter.



It is located three blocks from the Mansiche temple, from the La Esmeralda urbanization. The original name is not known. The current one corresponds to the agricultural estate that occupied this area.



It was discovered after the great rains of 1925. It is considered as a temple with various compartments and terraces, with rich and interesting decorations in relief modeled in clay.



They say that it could have been the palace of a great Chimú de Mansiche lord, its architecture presents three stepped terraces adorned with zoomorphic motifs and geometric figures (rhombuses) all in relief, unfortunately its history cannot be known in more depth because, like Many other archaeological remains, this very little studied, does not have a reserve area since everything is urbanized.
